two teams of seven try to get the Frisbee into their end zone by passing it to one another. However, once you catch the frisbee you can not move. you can move as long as you stay on you pivot foot like basketball and you have a few steps to slow once you catch it. when the frisbee hits the ground or intercepted it is a turn over.
