Everyone say it is expensive, yes it is but chances are someone will take the offer.
The first time she did this, it was sold for 500 usd and that was only one art, the right to name it and the right to have it included in the comic.
This one is a different deal but you got 6 different pose to go with your oc, that is the price of around usd 58/pc on average.
And I am assuming that the background would be included in the deal.
Plus you can always have 6 different oc's to fill in the grey spot.
Makes me wonder if she should have offer them individually at a very affordable price of 30 usd and keep reusing the template and replace the face, tail and background.
A very commercial approach, lesser labour involved and a lot of commisioner happy.

The designs and everything are awesome but seem overly expensive. I can't speak for everyone, but this time of the year I'm having to be strict with my cash as tourist season is over with for my area. 
But good luck though, hope you make some profit.

As a photographer, I don't mind Vavacung charging for there work. They created something and want to sell the rights to it. Some people live off there artwork as there full time job.
Some people that create music charge $3,000 or more just to make 1 custom song. Some Voice Actors charge $150+ an hour. It's a person's craft. They charge what they think there work is worth, and if people think they're work is worth it they pay it.

You could buy a small TV with that money and I know the Dollar doesn't have the strongest value around but jeez, art is art and you have to life from something and the concept is cool but not everyone has the money, I wish you good luck with this thing anyway'-'

Look at all of the poses shown, each one is 50 dollars. If all is bought then you get all of the poses with your oc. Do you honestly think he will do everyone of them with your oc for cheap? It's a fair price for what you're getting. Especially since your desired oc will be put into that armor. I've seen simple oc auctions get sold for way over that.
So it's not just simple armor it's your oc being put into those poses with that armor not just you buying the armor. Does that make more sense or you still confused?
