Yes. But these are mostly catched by the Royal Guard. There are nearly no one where you need a special Bounty Hunter to catch them.

You see, with so many armed OCs. Potential danger from each of them is increasing.
Ponies fear to be sliced up by random ponies they meet on the street.
So they get a bigger more dangerous weapon themselves or hire guys.
This again increases overall potential danger.

I'm not home by now. I life in place that far from my family for cooperative Education. And the place I live by now have hight cost of living. That why I open the commission. And the reason I open only for card. Because I have only little free time after work to draw this....
