I really don't get this.
What? Oh no, I know what fillyfooler means, but the fact Rarity thought Aerial Ace was RD's descendent meant she did have offspring before her accident, since RD was the first Mane 6 to die according to your timeline. Not only that, many lesbian couples can have descendents by adoption or sperm donor. So I really thought being a fillyfooler is a poor explanation not to have them.
P.S. alternate world without futa magic? Does this mean there are worlds WITH futa magic? XD

I'm not sure there's reliable enough science in MLP for the sperm donor thing, and I think it was more that Rarity had /just seen/ Pinkie's descendant and then was rammed by someone who reminded her strongly of RD that made her think it was RD's descendant. And technically you can't have a descendant via adoption; they're part of your family, sure, but they're not your direct biological lineage.

Just because Dash didn't have offspring doesn't mean she lacks a legacy. Scootaloo is a prime example of a possible legacy. Heck, there's already a stunt flier in the current generation so why should she be rolling in her grave?
Arguably, even if Dash was a fillyfooler, she could have also adopted, with her life partner if there was one (she could have chosen not to settle down, nothing wrong with that, especially for a regularly fast pegasus). Sure, the foal/colt/filly wouldn't be her's genetically if she adopted, but they'd still be 'her's'.
