Normally, I wouldn't dare to draw a cartoon character on a real-life photo. Because I'm terrible at drawing realistically. But LOONAinMexico shows that a character does not have to be realistic in order to fit inside a photograph. It gave me inspiration and the courage to try. I mean. According to SCP-1471 lore.
