So this is either a flashback to when everypony had just arrived, or AJ deciding she didn't care that her friends have a sex tape of her and resuming pretending that she and Chang are alone.
The prior probability of the first is of course higher, but you'll note that the band-aid wasn't there when she noticed her friends were watching. One could easily imagine the hairband being soon removed again, but I wouldn't think that there would have been a conscious decision to remove the band-aid, and I wouldn't think they would sex hard enough for a fresh band-aid to fall off, the bridge of the muzzle not being an area to tends to see much action, to the best of my knowledge. The rest of the face shields it to a certain extent and all.
Basically, I can make an argument for believing whichever theory I want, so obviously I choose to believe the second.
