Week one of water magic classes for Cobalt.
Water is Cobalt's favorite element, no surprise there, but instead of being ecstatic for the class he seemed a bit... off. When Zagor announced the hike Cobalt's expression lit up with the prospect of getting some exercise and fresh air. It seemed like a wonderful way to start the classes off, but this glimmer of joy was brought to a halt with the next part of Zagor's spheal. He mentioned that if they sensed some water they were to take a buddy for safety. As much as Cobalt understood the reasoning, he really didn't want to interact with another gro today. When the water students set off for their hike Cobalt waited until they were well into the forest and parted from the main group. From here he tread on with his glands a-lit and eyes set upon the shade-graced path he now walked.
First week and I'm starting strong! Woo! Eh, you'll feel better. Hang in there, Cobalt. Ah, and here is a fun little appearance of some Karmik Tree s. I wanted to add in more flora but I kinda forgot... woops. Oooo and Warptide Wanderer was supposed to be added too but I decided against it.
Cobalt belongs to meeeeeee.

I love the lighting in this background so much dude, it looks both ominous and relaxing at the same time. Also really like how you painted those karmik trees, it almost looks like eyes staring at Cobalt.

;D Hot damn, that's exactly what I was going for! Ominous yet relaxing was definitely on my mind when making this. It sorta gives it a whole foreboding type of feel.

wonderful use of the world's flora btw, always a great detail to add in for pieces like this. I love your background and all of the textures you used in it, very atmospheric. It also looks like you have taken a different angle at depicting the glow of his magic gland. I must say it looks so damn cool~ The different colors and shades you used just make it look so magical and beautiful~ <3
