Soo yeah... just a simple sketch of some unknown tree, so the quality suffers a bit. Surprisingly it was quite relaxing to draw.
Paper: A4 90g/m2
Tools:2H,2B,7B pencils (Koh-i-Noor) , eraser, gimp (brightness/contrast).
Time taken: approx. 1 h

Świetne ! W gimpie przerabiasz? Polecasz coś takiego robić? Ja mam jedynie aparat w telefonie,a Ty pewnie masz skaner?

Dzięki, tak przerabiam rysunki, najczęściej w gimpie, czasami w kricie. Ogólnie mocno polecam lekkie modyfikacje w stylu zmiany kontrastu, jasności, czy oczyszczenia rysunku, głownie, dlatego że skan lub zdjęcie potrafi wyglądać nieco inaczej niż rysunek. Owszem używam skanera, telefon też daje radę z tego co widziałem, ale wymaga więcej zabawy z obróbką i ustawieniem.

It feels kinda sad and lonely, but also has this feeling of nostalgia that I can't shake off. Its so simple yet.....I don't know exactly what I'm trying to say. Its almost like calling this piece Another Generic Tree makes me want to show you otherwise. I want to see the child swing on the swing, I want to see the family picnic in its shade. I want to see the poor old man lying against the old trunk as he rests. I want to show everyone the memories and lives touched by this simple tree. I guess I've read one to many dramas

This is a lovely drawing. There is a lot of character to this with the leaves blowing in the wind. And your shading technique gives a lot of really nice texture to the tree and ground!

Prosty, ale bardzo sympatyczny rysunek. Szczególnie listki bardzo mi się podobają, są bardzo drobne i dodają drzewku uroku. Zresztą całość jest bardzo lekka i nie przeładowana, a nawet nostalgiczna.

Często mam wrażenie, że prace narysowane "od niechcenia" wychodzą lepiej niż wtedy, gdy przychodzi mi pieczołowicie poprawiać każdy drobiazg. Niestety, nie zawsze się to udaje.

Heh, mam dokładnie tak samo. Może to dlatego, że człowiek podczas "szybkiego" rysunku bardziej skupia się na przekazie, niż na technice, przynajmniej tak mi się wydaje, ale ile jest w tym prawdy to nie wiem.

Coś w tym jest. Może jak się skupiamy na efekcie, to podświadomie dopasowujemy do tego technikę.

Well for a simple sketch it sure gives off a lot of emotion o3o it gives off a nostalgic feel.
Also the shading of the tree is done well ^3^ pretty well done for a sketch
