Description
I swear, I'm not making a PMD group! :'DThough, this evidence implies otherwise. asdfasdf
OTL I just enjoy the process of making a world, the rules, mechanics, characters and assets...Pretty much everything EXCEPT actually managing a group. haha |D
I've got plenty of ideas, but I didn't want to just present the information in a written document or something. People aren't too keen on reading walls-of-text after all. So I decided to try something snazzy and compress the walls-of-text into something nice to look at. I recommend listening to music or something whilst reading this. There's a lot to see. ;D
This took a long time for me to make. Mainly because of technical difficulties with Flash's action script. I'm a total noob when it comes to programming, so I had to troubleshoot and improvise a lot despite how simple the final product ended up being. Making the graphics was probably the most fun part, and typing all that info was probably the most tedious. It was all worth it, though! I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out!
And as usual, I'll probably continue to work on ideas for this "group." I'm also expecting that I didn't cover everything I could have in this guide, but I tried my best to cover the basics. So if you've got any questions, feel free to ask! <3

BONUS INFO
This is new stuff that I've thought of, but has not been added into the Flash file.
Everything written here is more updated than what is presented above and thus if there is conflict of information, these facts listed here are what is considered canon.
◘ Magic shards still harm a voidling when they make contact, as their bodies act like a conductor for the unstable magic stored within. When the magic is focused into a barrier, it is far more stable and will not harm a voidling, only repel it. However, the magic is so condensed that it will also repel non-voidling Pokemon. Since spirit Pokemon can bend magic to their will, they are the only ones that can manipulate the barriers to create openings and gaps for passage. Non-voidling Pokemon can still handle magic shards without incident, so it's still possible for them to "pass" through a barrier by moving the shards that built it, but they have to be careful to put the shards back in their rightful places, otherwise the barrier is compromised and voidlings can pass through as well.
◘ The Guilds are far-reached and work all over Terrene with a main, city-sized, headquarters that manages all Guild establishment, laws, deployment and in-house work and shelter for Guild members. The Guilds are contractors and offer their services to cities that are willing to pay the financial costs and/or meet any other agreement. Most are hired as protection in exchange for goods and/or food for the rest of the Guild network. Pokemon that have proven themselves capable can travel to the HQ and can form their own Guild. Typically, it's only those who have served the Guilds for years that even get acknowledged for this opportunity. In this sense, the Guilds act a bit more like Factions. Typically, individual Guilds will all have their own occupation varying anywhere from farmers, to construction workers, to soldiers. They exist to help fill in the missing pieces that cities need to function.
◘ So within each Guild there is a/are leaders, managers, recruit leaders and regular recruits. They follow a typical hierarchical system that is not absolute, as their is a great emphasis on working as a team, but the leader is the one that makes the final call. The Guild system as a whole is run mainly as a Democracy, but at the top of the chain is the Founder, whom holds the power to make regulations and change things as they wish without a vote from the people. They only use this power in dire situations and prefer to work with the council of elected officials and the members as a whole. The members of this council is voted on every eight years by the Guild members. Someone has to stay put and manage all the paperwork, money, food and supplies that pours in from the contract work, y'know.
◘ Individual Guilds can be referred to as just that, but the whole Guild system is generally referred as the "Guild Network" or GN for short.
◘ Guild managers are always Psychic types with the exception to Pokemon that can learn psychic type moves. However, these non-psychic types MUST know a psychic type move in order for them to be able to use psychic abilities like telepathy. This is because Guild managers are also in charge of broadcasting information via telepathy to the Guild recruits or any other members outside of earshot.
◘ Individual Guilds all have a NAME and a TITLE. Names are unique, such as "Guild Terra" whilst titles exist to label what kind of work that Guild does. ie. Rescuers
These names make it easy to identify a Guild and their line of work so that fellow peers and possible employers can tell each Guild apart. Each Guild can also have their own custom logo/symbol/flag, representative colours and apparel, but there are also defaults linked to specific titles that the Guilds can use as well. The advantage to using these defaults is that they're easily recognizable, but on the other hand, having something unique can help a Guild stand out in the crowd.
◘ The way evolution works is that when an Aurorian stone deems a Pokemon worthy of evolution, it will imbued a Pokemon with a special kind of energy that instantly boosts a Pokemon's maximum capabilities. This boost in energy is so great that the Pokemon has to physically change in order to better contain it. However, contrary to popular belief, this energy does not perfectly meld with a Pokemon's natural energy and simply exists within the Pokemon as a separate entity that the Pokemon passively taps into.
◘ Ever since the crevices appeared, the black mist within has also been seen creeping into deeper floors of dungeons. Thankfully, the resources harvested from the dungeons are unaffected by the mist, but it's been increasingly difficult to convince workers to traverse those floors to gather them, no matter how many magic shards they're equipped with! As a result, there has been a decline in resources which has lowered the quality of life within settlements all across Terrene.
◘ Dungeons and Aurorian stone chambers exist independently of each other, but it isn't uncommon for them to be near one another. It also isn't unheard of for a chamber to exist within a dungeon.
◘ Adding berry leaves into a morph-berry smoothie will add an additional colouration into the mix. Usually the leaves affect things like hair, skin or spikes, but it's a bit of a wildcard and the affects vary from Pokemon to Pokemon.
◘ Stardust no longer switches the colour palette of a berry and the colouration for shiny Pokemon drinking a morph-berry smoothie is no longer the switched palette of the berry. Instead, if a shiny Pokemon drinks a morph-berry smoothie, they still retain that berry's colours like a non-shiny Pokemon, only their coat will glitter. The amount of glitter varies from Pokemon to Pokemon, but it's always enough to easily tell that Pokemon is actually a shiny. Adding stardust to a morph-berry smoothie makes it so non-shiny Pokemon can glitter as well. Adding volcanic ash will remove any glittery effect.
◘ I'm considering making Legendaries more commonly known and involved with the general public. I am for sure making it so that Legendaries can breed, but only with other Legendaries. This opens up the possibility of having Legendary Pokemon be anything from leaders of cities to guardians of whole territories to all-powerful god-like beings. Arceus is an exception and will always retain the role of 'unseen God' in the Pokemon realm. Legendaries are still rare enough to keep true to their namesake, but they are also common enough that all Pokemon are bound to at least see one in their lifetime.
◘ All Legendaries, except for Arceus, have a natural lifespan. Arceus is immortal, but can still be killed. The older a Legendary is, the more powerful they are. Arceus is one of the oldest, but has died in the past. However, because they are destined to be the only one of their kind, they are also the only Pokemon in existence gifted with a guaranteed phoenix-like rebirth/resurrection after death. Other Legendaries can also be reborn, but only if the whole body is burned shortly after their passing. If the flesh starts to rot, it is too late. Once reborn, they retain basic memories of their identity and their abilities, but they must relearn how to master their powers.
◘ In the past, it is said that a misguided Pokemon ruler killed Arceus with his army and attempted to raise the newborn 'God' to serve his selfish goals. The plan only worked for so long until other Pokemon and their armies took the 'God' for themselves. In the end, a revolutionary took the life of the corrupted Arceus, only to whisk the newborn away to an unknown land and warn the new 'God' to stay hidden and out of sight. Arceus took heed of the warning, and now roams the lands as an invisible guardian to all that inhabit the world.
◘ Pokemon sizes can be bred for. Species aren't limited to their 'default' physical sizes, however, the official sizes are the most commonly seen size. The larger the difference from the norm, the rarer the size is as it's tougher and takes longer to breed for. So don't expect to see giant Joltiks running around everywhere. This does leave the concept of small communities of larger-than-average or smaller-than-average Pokemon inside the realm of possibilities~
◘ This logic also applies to fur length but a Pokemon species must naturally already have fur in order for it to be lengthened or shortened. There is an artistic grey area for Pokemon that most likely should have bare skin or scales, but they aren't specifically drawn with any in the official art and also aren't obviously bearing any fur, such as the Charmander line. I've seen people interpret Pokemon like this as having extremely short velvet-like fur instead of scales. So for Pokemon in this grey-area, feel free to let your imagination run wild. Just keep in mind the the 'default' fur length is the most common length, and anything widely varying from that is extremely rare.
◘ Pokemon made or rock, metal, foliage, slime, feathers or anything obviously not fur can not be bred to grow fur but they can be bred for variants of whatever they do have. The pool for genetic material is wide enough to make most anything possible. Including things shown in the anime like a crystal Onix or the 'cloned' look seen in the first movie.
◘ Humans do not and will not ever exist in this universe, however, they are not unheard of. To keep faithful to the original PMD games, Humans can be turned into Pokemon and teleported/appear in this universe with severe amnesia. Like in the games, they will only remember their name and that they were Human. Nothing else.
◘ There have also been unconfirmed rumours of Pokemon adding special items into a morph-berry smoothie to gain organic-armour and/or other attributes. However, just simply adding one or many random ingredients will not result in a new morph. In fact, doing so has a high risk of getting the user severely sick. There are specific requirements that need to be met for new morphs to appear and researchers are actively looking to discover what those requirements are.
◘ There is a small gambling game that takes advantage of morph-berry smoothie mechanics called "Multi-berry." A customer will buy an expensive smoothie consisting of many berries of equal amounts in hopes of getting a desired colouration. The results are random, but there's usually at least one rare berry within the mix and this fact is usually enough to keep people playing the game until they run out of money or win.
◘ Legendaries can not breed with regular Pokemon because the energy they contain that enables them to be immortal is not compatible with the mortal energy of regular Pokemon. Funnily enough, Legendaries capable of evolution also need to be approved by an Aurorian stone. They are still technically Pokemon after all.
◘ Normal guilds are based in the GN and assigned to cities like mercenaries. Local guilds are ones based in the city themselves, and have no alliance to the GN. The GN can be likened to that of a large company that provides great benefits, communication, efficiency and organization for its subordinates. Local guilds are like small businesses run by individuals, whom have to build loyalties, reputation and everything from the ground-up. They have to handle everything by themselves. Local guilds have dwindled in numbers in recent years, as the GN provides better results and has earned an outstanding reputation and loyalties with powerful customers. It's leaders are also world-renowned experts that provide an invaluable insight in running a guild and dealing with whatever issues a city may have. Although GN guilds are more expensive than local ones, they're often worth the cost. It's really only poorer cities and villages that local guilds can even thrive in nowadays.

Oh dear lord please tell me you'll make this a thing ;u; hnnngh I'm sure you could find some supporters to deal the nitty gritty buisness. (Group applications, guiding new people, etc.)

aw Thank you for the interest! ;u; <3
I'd love to but I honestly don't think I'd have the time to run a full-on PMD group like this. At least not at this point in my life.
Helpers would be great, but my main problem would be finding people that I could trust to be likeable and have a strong worth ethic.
I'm kind of tough to impress with that sort of stuff. OTL
But if I DO take this project seriously and want to take it to the next level, I think I may start by joining a mod team for another PMD group.
That way I can get the experience of helping run such a complex group and then confidently gauge if I'm capable of running my own group.
Perspective is important for big time-intensive passion projects like this. ;0;
I'll continue working on the story and all the prep-work stuff because that's really fun for me. So if I do decide to launch the group, it will all be ready to go! haha : D

Thanks! I was surprised no one else had expanded on the pinkan berry colour stuff quite like this before, so it was fun coming up with something different. haha cx
It's definitely been created with fun in mind, and it really would be a dream-come-true if I could make it an amazing group one day! <3

Thank you very much!! That's what I was aiming for! x)
Man, I'd love to take this as far as possible by making it an official group, but I don't have the time or skills to moderate such a thing. ;w;
Maybe in like, a year or something when I've got my life more figured out I'll attempt to take on the huge task that is managing a PMD group. >w>

Ah, I bet! I've followed those PMD groups and they seem like TONS of work. Mainly because there are no member caps... So I can understand that. But none the less, love the idea and hope to see more.
