I love how calm this feels.ย There are a lot of wildfires in my area during the summer, and this looks like the land after the fire.ย Standing trees, not sure if you're seeing the bones or survivors.ย The roughness of the land where life once was, the feeling of lost time, and the fog that hangs over what may as well be a cemetery, it feels so heavy.ย I feel like I walk on the land and feel nothing but ashes and dust.ย In the distance is life untouched but the rapid change, and the promise of new life on the burned earth.ย I'm not sure if that was what you were trying to capture, but it's what I feel when I look that this.ย Heavy quiet and the recovery for something new.
