It was Starlight’s last attempt to gain power. She forced Stygian to have a child with her, planning to raise the child as a super weapon.
Over time, Supernova hated her life and finally escaped to seek her father. She was welcomed with open arms and was given a new name to spite her biological mother.

Seeing as Stygian was still kind of shy and needing a guiding hoof, Twilight left him in the hooves of Moon Dancer. They both love magic and books and they know what it's like to be left behind. Each bonded over this fact finding comfort in one another's company.
They discovered many things about magic together using Stygian's old knowledge and Moon's new, it was a perfect combo and each being recluses helped in a way. Over time, Stygian built up the nerve to ask her out and she accepted.

Tree Hugger and Spearhead
It was at an art show when they met, Spearhead's art show. Tree Hugger found his work inspiring and flowed well with her aura. The way she talked about his work inspired him and he invited her to his studio where she did some posing for him and even helped make a series with him. This led to their aura's aligning and sure enough, they got together.

Cinnamon Chai and Donut Joe
Everyone knows Joe as a good guy. He's always so kind and looks out for everyone despite his rouged talk. Chai found this out after a horrible fire broke out in her store leaving her without a business for a while. Joe kindly offered her to sell her goods in his store while she waited. Sweet drinks and doughnuts have always worked well together after all. Over time, they began to enjoy one another's company to the point of falling in love and combining their businesses.

Rose and Dr. Whooves
A stallion of science and a sweet little flower shop girl with the nerves of a wet tissue. After a bad bug attack from the Everfree forest destroyed her batch of flowers for the week, Dr. Whooves in helping the town recover from the attack, offered to science a way to help regrow the flowers faster and more beautiful. In truth, he had a bit of a fondness for the mare since she was always so sweet and curious, one time coming to his lab as an errand for a friend of his who wasn't able to make it that day and the way she asked about his inventions gave his heart the slightest of flutters. This was his chance to impress her.
After several failures, he found a way to do what he promised... too well. Her shop was over growing with flora and green by the end and, after fainting and a lot of hedge trimming from the local landscaper, Rose thanked the doctor with a kiss. From there, it was a matter of trying to find the right words to ask her out on a date once he stopped babbling.
