this censored version is sparing you from whats probably a pretty fuckin weird drawing so. yearandom character idea i ended up pursuing bc i just couldnt sleep and i love to suffer. her name is sylvia and shes sort of a dumpy nerdy university student who usually sticks to her studies and also might have eaten some weird food one time on a class trip and got a fucked up telepathic tapeworm who wants to be nice and make friends
the worms name is cicero bc it heard the name in one of sylvias history classes and liked it

pros: no periods, sentient birth control that's actually a friend.
con: hormone side effects (you're talking to someone who was on progest. for periods; it changed my epigenentic indicators, and I developed a bunch problems of varying severity. Β I've been off for years now and it still hasn't gone back to how it used to be; sarcastic lol.)

I believe that, as most bodly parasites do, it feeds directly on its host rather than the food the said host consumes.
It most probably attaches itself to the side of the vaginal canal and drinks blood. It could also be surviving on the mucus of the vaginal discharge but
that is the least possible alternative as it would need a lot of it to survive and a typical female body doesn't produce that much of it.
So yeah
it feeds on blood
I could imagine it gets quite a feast at least once a month.
