Made with the help of a tutorial.It worked out pretty well, but I don't think I like how it turned out. The colors are off.
Is there a place I can get the hex values for vector type art?
(maybe a swatch set?)

What about the ground? The fact that it's so round bothers me most of all, and then second to that is the annoying grass. (I didn't know PS was preloaded with grass brushes...)

I love the way it looks and yes the background colers are indeed a bit off (maybe a bit more blue or a bit less green would have done the trick). Nevertheless I still think it's a great piece of art.

I agree with you on the background. I think the reason for the over-green-ness is because I used the clouds with an overlay layer setting, which does something... I don't know how that really works.
