if you download the grid, you'll notice that the file is in psd format

Yeah i know You make it first and then flatten the layers onto the psd

I tried it again, downloaded & saved as a .bmp. Still can't see the lines! Maybe if we knew the individual size square we have, that would work out OK, eh? Like X pixels wide, Y pixels high.
