I knew you'd be getting a kick out of seeing him again. Your Goron designs still rock though (pun not intended).

While coloring Karno's Mage outfit, it just struck me that even though he looked okay, there was one thing needed to make him strike out just a bit more. Then I looked at an old sketch and it said in a footnote that his entire hair color changed upon donning his Mage outfit. But I figured that just a piece of his fringe colored differently would be even better, so that's how it happened : )

Awww, thank you. <3 I'm glad you still think that~

Seeing you update things for Mages of Element just reminds me of my own Zelda story with my Gorons, goodness. I've actually been doing a lot of revamping too as of late. I've decided Bridges of Light is not going to be a Zelda fanfiction anymore. I think with all that I've developed for the Goron culture over the years, how far I went with my interpretations of everything, it felt like I should take things one step further and actually make a race of my own that I can use the Goron culture for to expand it further, and put the rest of my story into Ahnurth with all the dragons and things I've been posting lately. I still can't help but worry someone'll call me out for the Goron resemblance that my Ounten will inevitably retain though... :<

And that's pretty spiffy! Gotta love old ideas getting revived in new ways like that~ I think it looks subtle but striking, and in a way, kind of shows him as the oldest and most experienced of the mages with that sort of actual physical change to him, however small. Not to say Karno's old enough to have white hair, but I'm sure you get what I'm saying. xD It's spiffy, regardless.

Your Goron designs are so awesome, but I can definitely relate to wanting to drag it out of a fandom and incorporate it into a selfmade story. I've been there before myself, haha : D That said, I wouldn't mind trying my hand at one or two of your amazing Goron creations ; )

Oh, seeing how much work Karno has to deal with (Piln's tendency of getting into trouble and Nyadi's constant need of a peptalk mostly) it wouldn't surprise me if he gets grey hairs before he is in his fifties, haha XD
