Panels 2 and 4 are my favorites on this page. I enjoy how you illustrated the IT and added the sound effect to it. Vegeta's expression as he glances over is nice, too.
And panel 4...well, I think it's pretty self-explanatory why it's awesome. The shock on Veg's face is perfect and, again, you've added that intense serving of suspense--which makes it feel such much like it's out of the actual DBZ story. 
I love Veg's teeth..they're so real looking. And sharp....>>; Don't eat your mommy, Veg! o___o;

Mama Kakkarot right in front of the Oozaru's face is very visually powerful. I really get the sense of scale very well here.
