Awwww, poor Veg.
I do have a bit of critique to offer though over Vegeta's hand in the first panel. I know he's curling his fist, but when you curl your hand in like that, it's more rounded then blocky and you cover the upper half of your palm that way.
Or did he just have his fingers curled up and sitting atop his hand?

he's got his fingers curled loosely and his hand is turned in a way that you can't see the thumb. I understand that the sharpness of the knuckles may need a little softening but he was covering his face in a previous page so he hasn't quite let his hand relax. It's an odd position to say the least and not something you'd normally see something holding their hand but considering the circumstances, it makes sense. I do appreciate your concern and I'll see if there are any corrections that need to be made..

That last panel is so heart wrenching! Vee...you're seriously going to make me cry before this is over. 
You're really getting a handle on drawing those Oozarus. The second panel looks incredible--with every last detail from the fur standing on end to the tears streaming down his face! I even like the string of saliva.
C'mon, Goku. Do your stuff; bring your baby back!
