Really.. Wow... Wierd coincidence. My best friends Mom's Birthday is on the 15th as well. I'm hoping to get an easel for my birthday this year, so I can try out painting.

i just have nothing to et a canvas on, my rooms quite small.. and taking it out of my room with my sisters running around means certain doom.

Veganvictim In reply to Bludevlen [2006-03-17 10:12:28 +0000 UTC]

you got a garage or other space you can use? a friends house?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bludevlen In reply to Veganvictim [2006-03-17 21:05:28 +0000 UTC]

Well, I could use the garage... if I was okay with certain doom. It's packed full of "Things" that we dont need but might sometime after everyone is dead and the end of the world has come. The Rents dont like me doing my things in the Den or the Living room cause.. well I dont knwo why but I always get a fuss just for asking. The last place would be the dinning room, but theres stuff allll over that 'cause my mom just closed her coffee shop (which im okay with 'cause I was enslaved there for almost two years). Plus if I take anything out there to work on, My sisters... Uhg.. Anyways, sorry about such lengthy ramblings, going to watch Donnie Darko now. Good Day Sir.

yeah the living room and dining room can be affected by paint cause "paint might get everywhere" well to be fair, when was the last time you threw paint?

you'll just have to get a job, a place, and paint to your hearts content!

Bludevlen In reply to Veganvictim [2006-03-17 23:41:07 +0000 UTC]

That is what I intend to do. I have a job... Started at a factory.. where I clean up... PAINT. Peculiar... After car parts get painted, we clean it all up in the big room things, harder than it sounds. I plan to save up to get a place. Maybe Ill just make a wall mount easel. Who knows. Which reminds me, I work 10 pm to 6 am tonight. I think You're like five our ahead of my time.

Veganvictim In reply to Bludevlen [2006-03-18 00:02:21 +0000 UTC]

that's equivalent here - we have 10 till 6 shifts - they pay well as they are unsociable hours

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bludevlen In reply to Veganvictim [2006-03-18 00:04:42 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I only get 8 dollars an hour.. i have no idea what that equivilent to for you, but yeah. Im hoping to start getting 40 hours soon. Sooner I get more hours, The sooner I can move out.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Veganvictim In reply to Bludevlen [2006-03-18 00:06:59 +0000 UTC]

40 hours at that is do-able for renting your own place - what's the sorta prices around there for a place?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bludevlen In reply to Veganvictim [2006-03-18 00:25:31 +0000 UTC]

Well theres these new town houses that are very expensive, but Apartments are.. eh.... My friends pay $750 a month. For a little place. I would like to get one fo the town houses they are constructing across from Heritage Perk. A coffee shop I like to go to where some friends of mine work. I would get to go there more and my buddy Markers (Mark) works there, and I could show him my drawings and sch more often since we both seem to have trouble getting things up on deviant, lol. But anyways, look at me ramble away again. Or I would like to get a down payment on a house. That'd be great !

Veganvictim In reply to Bludevlen [2006-03-19 11:24:18 +0000 UTC]

i'd love to get a down[ayment on a house but in London it's impossible, it's 3 times the prices anywhere else in the country

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Bludevlen In reply to Veganvictim [2006-03-20 08:31:15 +0000 UTC]

Damn.. Yeah, A house would be grand, Alas, Im poor and I dont make enough to actually save for a downpayment... I could start, but.. then I wouldnt be able to save for a place to live for the present.. Id be stuck here til I had enough for a house.. which equals forever which inturn equals hell. lol.

it's a vicious circle - stay at your folks for a while, save some cash and then you're set

Bludevlen In reply to Veganvictim [2006-03-20 22:21:43 +0000 UTC]

That's really wicked. I love the patterns and movement. Excellent details and superb style. The depth is beautiful.

the depth is something that was unintentional, i wasn't quite sure where i was going with it

As I said before - it reminds me of Predator 2 when they're underground.

I love the different styles all mixed up together. There really is a lot of depth to this.
