Original sketch by my friend at ~bearcavestudiosDefinetly check them out! Awesome artists over there in da cave...So yeah, I was invited to color up a piece from their gallery and this was their most recent work. I colored it with prismacolor markers and scanned it and colored it some more in PS @5-6 hrs.

only thing that gets to me is mybe a little bit of reflective light might of been better around the mask near the eyes, from their shine. otherwise, its downright spiffy.

Wow... you know, I've messed with prisma color before, and I find it so hard to make it look smooth. There's always the darker lines from where the lines overlap. Can you help me?

Layers, its all about layers... Speed also helps in blending your strokes, ummm...so what I usually do is work light to dark working up my colors in layers. Also, if you get some overlapping you can always even it or smooth it out with some prisma colored pencils (I sound like a prisma color commercial!) They make the same colors as the markers so you can blend them out...Also the computer can fix anything! Good luck and let me see what you can do...
