Bulla's chance of keeping her tail are slim since her mother fears the great ape, so that's why Trunks has no tail (I mean them oon doesn't came back after Piccolo jr blew it up but maybe Dende restored it?)

1.Great, i actually have a fixed, non annyoing version of GT Pan in my game, she's nice and useful (she even can fire a spirit bomb or genki dama)

Are you kidding? Chi-chi had many valid points. Β
Her four year old son gets kidnapped, her husband gets killed trying to save him, her son remains missing for a year, and then he gets brutalized by a pair of aliens from alien planet. He then mouths off at her at age five insisting on going with his friends to planet Namek, and... well, you get the idea I am sure. She's the mother of a very young boy who is being constantly beaten to a pulp by people much bigger and stronger than he is! Of course she's going to be protective of him and object to his going off somewhere and get into these dubious shenanigans! Any sane mother who loved her kid at all would! Chi-chi's attitudes seem abrasive but make perfect sense in context. Plus her husband is a total dead-beat who even (however unintentionally) beat her up once.
Pan on the other hand jeopardizes the mission to save Earth right from the get-go by trying to take charge when she is only 10 years old and thus the youngest, least-experienced member of the expedition, starts the spaceship going before they are ready, acts like a brat throughout, sasses her elders, gets into fights recklessly against enemies that btw should have absolutely *no* chance against her let alone Goku yet somehow she gets in way over her head time and again... and so on ad infinitum ad nauseum. She almost single-handedly causes their quest at the time to fail many times over for no good reason - just because she's a take-charge brat. and *that's* why I don't like her; not just her personality. She drives all the tension... for all the wrong reasons! Something Chi-Chi never did - at least not in 'Z' (essentially guilting Goku in marrying her in the first place is another story however; she made her own bed to lie in with that one).Β Β

2.Yet you must renember one major thing: Chi-Chi's rude behavior is canon, Pan's isn't, the only thing Pan has canon is: her Z apearence, her Super apearence, her GT design, so i dunno why the hate she gets

1. Chi-chi is one of the sanest people on the show, if anything.
2. I only hate the GT version of Pan and that only because she causes too much trouble; she has some admirable qualities otherwise but to me they're offset because of her stupidly willful attitude. I do not dislike the other versions of Pan because heck they're really not even the same character. I was fine with her portrayal at the original end of Z. She handled Wild Tiger with flair, not with a bratty attitude like GT's version would have. And certainly I was fine with baby Pan in Super; after all, she's only a baby.Β Β
Hopefully if enough more time progresses with Super that Pan grows up again that they'll make her a more likable character.

1. You're right; she is. For one thing she married a man who indirectly killed her first boyfriend and along with Nappa directly killed everyone in East City (something i hoped was rectified by a wish on the dragonballs; but such was never actually stated to be the case).
2. Naw I judge people by their own direct actions and motivations, and GT isn't even considered canon anymore. It was never was part of my 'head' canon to begin with because too much of it made no sense - including why everyone the heroes encountered could apparently easily kick their asses but apparently went completely entirely unnoticed by Freeza; the psychotically paranoid strongest person in the universe who wpu;d have had to be a great many orders of magnitude weaker than they were the whole time.Β

1a. Nope. I'll cite an even better (for me personally at least) example. Jonny Quest had a sequel series in the 1980s (which was meh, but at least did Dr. Zin right - same appearance and even the same voice actor), then two TV moviesΒ (which were totally awful and made Zin so utterly different he may as well have been someone else altogether), and then another sequel series hilariously and ridiculously named The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest which changed all the characters so much they were almost totally unrecognizable. I detest the sequel series and everything about it (to the point where I won't even parody it because I do parodies of things I *love*), but that has never changed my love for the original series and its characters. Deepened that love if anything, because I know they can never be replaced and so I treasure them as much now as i did when I was a kid. Nothing the later series did could ever change that. Though I did like the Real series moving them to Rockport Maine; a real town that I lived next to when I was growing up. In another universe, we could practically have been neighbors! But otherwise that series was too awful to be enjoyable to me with its one-dimensional villains, ludicrous plots, and that god-awful Questworld nonsense.
1b. Actually i don't think rape was ever mentioned or even implied to be the case. I always figured, even before the Abridged parody said as such, that it was a mutually consensual thing. He was lonely, and she - apparently having a thing for bad boys - was perfectly willing. She certainly showed no resentment toward him when he came back to fight the androids anyway. At rape would't have had anything to do with Trunks being SSI unless you want to imply Goten was also a child of rape... which I am pretty sure would come as a surprise to almost everyone.
2. Really? I thought it was at least intended to be until Super came along. But okay I have no trouble believing that; considering the fanbase pretty feels the same way. Super at least is worth rewatching whereas GT is mainly not. At least in my opinion it's not anyway.

1b.LOL no i meant that Vegeta was NOT a nice guy at this point, and besides Bulma was wearing a hot outfit at the start of the Cell saga so it's not she decided to go sexy after Vegeta had s*x with her and made her a baby (that's like having an orgasm to an pregnant woman in skimpy clothes), and besides we all know that Goku doesn't know what s*x is, it was all Chi-Chi doing
2a.Yeah, it was complete filler, and scenes that doesn't apear in the manga should be ignored (so yeah Gohan menaged to get home but returned becuase he wanted to protect the Earth, Piccolo jr never blew up Goku's ship, Gohan never fought Vegeta when they returned to Earth, Vegeta did a better job againts Perfect Cell than Future Trunks, Goku never fought Gotenks & Piccolo jr Buu, Goku & Vegeta never fought mystic Buu, Pan never beat up her uncle Goten)

1b Like I said, Bulma must have had a thing for the bad boys. After all, her first boyfriend was a desert bandit! When his eyes started to stray to other girls, she replaced him with someone even more (vastly more) dangerous. but though he was still a very bad man at the time, she as much as anyone (along with kid Trunks) must have also contributed a lot to taming him and even making him capable of feeling love. Took a helluva long time, but eventually it happened and she definitely must've been a major reason why.

1b.Meh this doesn't make sense, Yamcha loved Bulma and him becoming a playboy was just Toriyama saying "f*ck you" to Yamcha, afterall, i bet Vegeta f*cked many women before Bulma, i mean he's a prince at all (there's even an RPG Maker game before Raditz came to Earth, in which the prince blushes)

1b. Yeah i never thought that made sense either. Where was he going to find a better - or richer - woman than Bulma? Though she could be a handful though; says a lot for Vegeta that he was neither cowed by her nor killed her.
2b Super gets silly in places too especially at first but it's way better than GT. My only complaint about it is that Goku sometimes comes off as even more socially clueless than ever.

2b Yeah but in Z at least he seemed to have had somewhat more sense - at least during the Buu arc. Granted though giving cell that Senzu bean and then instant transmissioning the about-to-explode Cell to King Kai's planet were dick moves.

2b.Well he didn't when he let Raditz, Vegeta, Jeice, Freeza etc. go and TBF Bardock his own father was his enemy in beta drafts, so i doubt he survive that battle with his daddy, as for Cell killing "grandaddy" Kai well Cell said he was going to blow in a few minutes, where would be sent him into? New Namek?

I watched DBZ Abridged too btw but already knew they weren't married (at that time) even before that.
2b How about Princess Snake's palace in the middle of snake way? At lest she was an enemy. But yeah I guess his options were rather limited since he couldn't go anywhere he'd never been or had no one he knew present. Otherwise Freeza's home planet or the base of Freeza's army might have been a good choice. Provided he was willing to murder a bunch of unsuspecting mooks, anyway.
