Slightly modified hairstyle
Skin color is due to post processing effects which will not be in the final render
Somehow she reminds me of Fatal Frame with pale skin and this kind of hair

Her skin looks too wax-like. Which is what I always avoid when using SSS. It makes the SSS very very apparent similar to the overly done chromatic aberration on blender cycles' SSS shader, but hey to each his own.
