The4 head ornaments are amazing, likewise, the background setting adds a lot to the mood that this picture is conveying. The hazy moon and the foliage/twigs create a very eerie atmosphere.

How much I know, it seems in the Japanese mythology the fox are able to change the sex .But to me so it would not be desirable to draw the guy XDDDDD And I think that girl/girl is looked elegantly)
