I've always thought what happend if a Predator goes to Pandora....Maybe he gots lots of fun, because on that planet, evrything tries to kill you. For the diffrent athmosphere i think that he just use his mask, or similar stuff, for avoid breathing problem.

i don't think so... in each movie a predator kills many people but it doesn't exterminate an entire race. They kill for sport and honor

Yautja of course, they are raised to hunt across all the galaxy, so I guess killing few tree-hugging, blueskinned hippies isn't much of a challenge to them.

A Predator is a pretty hard killer. Would say depends about where they meet and fight, and how much Na'vi are. And of course you have to count the Eywa factor too.
But anyway, standing against a Predator would be a really hard and mostly short time
it would be harder for him to kill a Na'vi because the are
taller than him, if they ever made it into a movie it would be insane I guess
it wouldn't matter then because the pred has always died in every movie.
One on one... I think Predator would win hands down, and as much as I like Avatar I just don't see a Na'vi beating Predator- even Tsu'tey.
However, it does bring an interesting thought since Predator can see infra red, but being the planet is the way it is I'm sure he may have a hard time tracking a Na'vi because of the plants. Be like trying to track a person walking around in a forest fire. I think it would really all come down to the Predator tracking and the Navi staying stealth, because if the Na'vi is found, I'm sure it would be a swift end.
Another thing that comes to mind is what kind of cloaking does the Predator use. I remember reading somewhere that Na'vi can see into the ultraviolet spectrum and if Predator's stealth doesn't also hide UV the Navi could see the Predator. Being the Predator is just that bad a**, I think his cloaking would apply to any kind of spectrum visibility (including the visual spectrum, and above and below it)

Of course a predator can win in close combat with a na'vi, if they fight in a flat zone.
I think that the predator found the planet of pandora very challenging, but thats make the Hunts more enjoyable for Him, because there is no more competitive than a hunt on a highly dangerous planet like Pandora.
For example, the advantages of the predators are:
Very Strong: a predator can extract the spine of a human easely
Average Melee Skills
Lots of weapons: predators use a large amount of weapons, like the Combi-Stick (Combat Staff), Wrist Blades , Smart Disc, Shurikens, mines, and the most powerfull Plasma Caster (Shoulder Cannon). ah, don't forghet the Whip (used in AvP movie).
Cloack Device (the cloack became useless with wather or similar)
The Advantages of the Na'vi are
Very Tall and tougth: a Na'vi is tall like one man and half or more, they have very strong bones, hard to breake, but the rest of the body is fragile as a human body
high agility: na'vi are very quick and acrobatic. thats make them hard to figth in close combat
Link with others: as you can see in the movie, they can create a link beetween theyr minds and others creatures who had the... i can't say the name in english.. you know... na'vi have that strange tentacles into the braid
As we can see, both of them have some unique advantages, but depends how the fight starts

The Na'vi would be fighting a losing battle against superior strength,technology and about a twenty year head start on the pop culture scene. Predator beats avatar on every front.
