This was going to be colored, but I just ran out of time. I still wanted to upload something, so here's the lineart. <3
Dialga/Palkia mix with Psychic Blend and Variant (extra markings along tail and back legs) traits.
I am very uncofortable drawing Dialga or Palkia - infact I hate them both for this very reason.
