Fine tipped brush and acrylic Krylon. You just have to work quickly because of how fast the paint dries.

Did u put some kind of protective coating over the paint? What kind of paint did u use?

Yeah, I used an acrylic clear coat. The base was plastic-bonding spray paint and the details are acrylic hand paint.
