i never used to really like ancano i felt like he was just
like ok he's an antagonist probly gonna have to kill that guy w/e
but like the more many times i did the winterhold questline
i was like wow this guy's actually rly cool even tho he's a dirtbag

i rly want there to be more to the thalmor characters!!!
there's so much potential for them and the game doesnt rly
explore them enough i feel like and ancano is like my big number 1
THIS PIeCe IS SO GLAMOROUS b/c i feel likeΒ it rly like illuminates ancano's
psyche i mEAN LOOK AT HIS eyes man and his face that is the face of an unhappy man
and the lighting it reminds me so much of the midden like in the event
he goes to speak to the augur of dunwalllain the lighting
and the atmosphere and the beautiful rendition like
to me it rly speaks about the tragedy that was ancano's desire for further knowledge
and to see if he could use theΒ eye of magnus to do w/e it is he was aiming for

yeah ancano's pretty high on my list of favourite chars, though it would have been nice if he'd been given some more depth instead of just being left as the obvious-thalmor-spy-antagonist-who-no-one-likes
