I believe it is the Bow of Shadows, or at least r/teslore thinks he does. Might've been in Tamrielic Lore actualy.

That's what it says on the wiki too I think the bow appears in Morrowind as well, though I've yet to find it...

Psh, at least the whole books in there, we've running out of artifacts since Oblivion. I'm pretty bummed out Dawngaurd/Duskguard/Whatever didn't go mainstream in Skyrim.
