I really love the extreme nature of his modifications to be honest. Did you do them yourself?

He doesn't have any "modifications" in the sense that nothing has been done to permanently alter the sculpt. All that he has going on are injuries included in the face-up -- and other things like the bandage and piercings are just glued. But yes, I did it all myself, like I do.

For ring piercings I use either jump rings for jewelry (here) or sometimes bend wire myself (if I want a color other than gold or silver) The balls on the rings are metal beads, the chain is a simple chain for jewelry making. And I attached the little charms to it before connecting the chain to both rings. All these piercings are just glued. If you make sure they fit around the piercing area pretty snugly on their own these piercings are usually quite secure after the glue is dry.
