I've been making tokens for my d&d games for ages but NEVER UPLOADED ANY HERE....
there's some good ones, some old ones, and remakes of old ones. If you want info on any of the characters just ask, I luv talking about my NPCs >:3c
(i mean half of these are PCs but w/e)
slowly adding more as I make em.
14/12/17: adjusted spacing and added more characters, also saved at a higher resolution so you can see each character better!

Unfortunately I can't talk too much about the boar, since my players watch me on dA, but he's one of the wereboars terrorising the city the player's are currently in.
The bear is Sunny! He's the companion animal of the party's ranger - and is the sweetest baby bear you'll ever meet. He's excitable, cuddly and affectionate. Acts more like an oversized puppy than a bear, and is basically the group's mascot. They all love him.
As for the white-haired gentleman, that's Vyncis Valour. He's one of the three elders who oversee and run the city (Okarthel). He was (and still is) a powerful Paladin, but doesn't tend to venture out into the city as much as he used to. If he DOES go into the city, you know something's up. He's 87 years old but certainly doesn't look it, but being the only human of the three, it actually makes him the youngest.

The top one is just an old version of the lower one, and she's actually a dragon!
She's an angry mama looking for her eggs. An organisation is going around killing dragons, stealing eggs and young, and in general trying to wipe they out in the country. She's a victim of such. Her interactions with the party so far have been 'find my eggs or I'll eat you'. She's a very simple creature. :')

That's Crow (or 'Kraa')! She was my first D&D character, so I played it 'safe' and went with a generic Kenku/Rogue/Criminal.
She's barely an adult, and her actions and personality certainly show it. She's mischievous, struggles to take situations seriously, and (like a parrot) always picking up the words you don't want her to learn. Half of her vocabulary is swears, or just imitations of individuals screams when they get hurt (perfect for mocking them with). Some of the party picked up on this so started purposely teaching her ridiculous swear words or insults.
Her backstory boils down to her growing up in a relatively large and notorious flock of Kenku. They terrorised the city they dwelled in, always keeping an eye out for an easy quarry. Crow however was a little too ambitious, and attempted to steal from a noble. When she was caught, her panic caused her to flee -- straight back to the rest of her flock. Their hideout discovered, the majority of the flock was either killed or arrested. Only a handful got away, Crow included.
Despite her failures, she's still exceptionally ambitious. She struggles to control herself once she sees something of high value, and will steal from just about anyone (assuming she can get away with it). Her greed is only barely controlled thanks to her new companions.
She's incredibly attached to an Aasimar named Weiss (the small token top right with the scar over her eye). Weiss is fond of her for the most part, and is basically her mum now. With her guidance, Crow keeps out of trouble (most of the time).
