Oh, you betcha!! It's his 'angel' form. It's planned for him to appear partially very soon, but his mayor role will be on the last chapter.

Notice that i'm working on the panels as long as the pc lets me; my teck-guy is kinda busy, and because it's not an emergency, i'm waiting my turn for his attention.
