there are others that can use bankai rukia like toshiro, ginjo, ikkaku, and renji

and all captains and some vizards could as well. But i drew THESE TWO as a couple, and before Rukia wasn't able to use bankai, only Ichigo could. So now THEY BOTH can use a bankai, as i wrote in Rukia's speech. That's what i wanted to say about THEM AS A COUPLE.
