This is actually an alternate reality combination of Scarlet Witch and X-23. It happened in one of last year's event comics related to the infinity stones, where instead of wiping out half of the universe's population, everyone was a seemingly random combination of two other characters in the main universe. For example, Ghost Panther (Ghost Rider and Black Panther), Surpreme Soldier (Captain America and Dr. Strange), and Iron Hammer (Iron Man and Thor).

X-23 is a favorite character of mine and Wanda is cool too. Combining Wanda's insane magical power with Laura's fighting skills and near immortality... a deadly combo indeed.
