This would be a long and brutal battle. And since neither really have a way to kill each other, there is no telling who would come out on top. I think it comes down to whoever can last the longest. Vergil's healing is impressive, but there is a limit to how much damage he can take before his demonic healing get's over taxed, and I don't think it's nearly as effective as Logan's healing, who can recover from being reduced to a skeleton. But Vergil is still physically superior to Logan in pretty much every way and has a wider array of powers. But Wolverine easily has Vergil beat in terms of martial art training and experience.

Not sure who I would root for.
