Few would deny that the HD Remaster of the first RE game was awesome. It improved on everything the original did, by not only improving the graphics, but also added some extra content which made it feel like more than a simple remaster.

But the Remakes have made a very big impact. The RE2 Remake was a big success and convinced Capcom to move along with the idea of more remakes. And while the RE3 Remake sadly failed to live up to people's pretty massive expectations, the RE4 Remake came in and has more or less fully restored faith in future Remakes.

So what would you all think of an all out Remake of the first game? And how would you do it?
