Got home from work today and wanted to make aother large plush.. so I DID!Theis is the awesomly cheey shellder in it's natural 1foot long size! I like to pic him up, pop him on my shoulder and immagine he's real
I had to use camera flash as it was 1am when I finished, so I'll change teh picture file tomorrow whenI re-do pictures!
Made from fleece, mostly machine sewn. Eyes glued on. Hope you like it!

ha! Yours has a WAYYYYYY better background/feel to it for sure!!! I need to re-do the photos, the flash TOTALLY KILLED the depth of it which annoyed me!

thanks! I picked this kinda at random about 8 hours ago now, seems to look alright! I find I learn more about the anatomy of pokemon and random facts about them from doing this
Did you know that the reason Shellders clamp onto slowpokes is because it's beneficial to both parties? Slopoke gains balance and the ability to use it's fists, and shellder can travel on land!

I gues you'd call that a symbiotic relationship...my bro loooves shellder and wanted me to make a plush for him...but I couldn't have thought of a clever design like this. guess I gotta practice more...hehehe

creeoy... because i remember one time when i was playing the game i checked my pokedex and well shellder appeared tinier than usual and then i turned on my gameboy color (oh god yes i have one) and checked my pokemon yellow pokedex and well shellder shrunk O_o
and oh my gosh i remember roselia used to be a bit bigger and now its just so tiny @___@
just a strange anomaly i guess... and well of coruse im talking about the OLD OLD OOLLDD pokemon games lol not them lame new ones with 283462834634528345 pokemon @__@ i was happy with 151

I haven't really played HG SS. I bought them because.. well... I've grown up with them, but there are just too many now!
And the legendaries are silly, it was 3 birds, then 3 beasts, blah blah blah, now the creatoer of the universe... like.. SERIOSULY?!?!

i understand the creator of the universe and the guardian of the sky it made sense to me i mean there had to be a reason as to how pokemon came into existence =]
and if there is a guardian of the other elements than why not?
besides it shouldnt just all be sky there should be beasts to in addition to the birds
and there has to be some sort of guardian for the forests because thats what japan believes in so it has to connect somehow with culture <3
