Nessi is the sweetest, most loving girl, one could hope to encounter. She is sympathetic to everyone needs, and will go out of her way for anyone. However, she is hormonally crazy and doesn’t know her own strength.

Much like 13 and Son, Nessi was created from the same strands of Nero DNA. Unlike Son, who was made for 13’s destruction, she was made to be next in line for the title of Queen once Mother dies. She has shown significant signs of her evolution throughout her creation, thus she has been treated greatly compared to the either escaped or executed Specimens. Feeling lonely and bored, as Mother has no intention of dying just yet, Nessi easily escaped the lab using her immense strength. She now wanders from location to location, searching for one with similar DNA so that she may begin her duties as a Queen.

Nessi is able to create minions by injecting an embryo from a sack within her abdomen, through the biter on her tongue and into the host. However, these minions are much weaker and hold no meaning to her other than doing dirty work. They are in no way the children that she hopes for. She is only able to be impregnated by another Bio-Weapon with the same DNA, meaning that humans will not work.

She is unable to speak, but being a next-in-line Queen, she has the ability to link her mind with others around her. For other Bio-Weapons of the same species, she even has the ability to control them.

As she is a caring and rather loving being, she only only creates minions from those who threaten her. She loves hugs, she loves cute things, and she is an all around girly-girl. One wouldn’t see it from her appearance and overshadowing size. Her sweetness is also overlooked due to her immense strength and not being able to control it. If she hugs, there’s a chance she can snap a human in half. Most importantly though, when comparing her strength to Son, she can swat him to the side with one hand and little effort. When comparing her speed to 13, she is much more agile and can overwhelm him in a matter of seconds. These are only comparisons, as she is far too nice to want to fight all the time. All she wants is her King, and her loyal servants.
