-You own the pony once you send the points. Do not send the points without my "go-ahead".
-if I find you are not using these characters respectfully, I will take them away from you and put them back up for someone else to adopt and take care of. You can use them for breeding but please don't draw pony porn.
-If you decide you don't want your pony, please sell them back to me. I'm willing to refund you, but it may not be immediate. In the event that I tell you I don't want to buy back an adoptable, you're free to resell them to anyone.
-Completely optional: If you'd like to show me your art of your pony, i'd be happy to look.
