Description
The Korean Legend of the Bear and TigerOnce there lived a humble Bear who befriended a young and mighty Tiger. They sat and discussed many a day of how they wished to become human.
One day, Hwanung (the son of the God of Creation) appeared before the Bear and Tiger and offered them this. They were told to go the forbidden cave in the forest and that if they could endure the darkness of a cave, eating nothing more than mugwart and cloves of garlic, for 100 days, they would be transformed into humans.
The bear succeeded and was transformed into a beautiful woman who later bore Tanβgun (The founder of Korea), but the tiger, unable to restrain his desire to wander, failed. Fortunately for the tiger, Hwanung was merciful and allowed the tiger to remain in his presence as a guardian while Hwanung was upon the earth.
And so today, the tiger, The Guardian, should be thought very highly of by man. Please help support an organization to save our large cats so we won't be talking about them, like we talk about Dinosaurs. Thank you!

Aww thanx very much. It doesn't look good in my notebook that I drew it in but when I scanned it in to the computer it seemed to darken a bit so it looks better. haha
