Personality:
He is extremely happy and is always (ALWAYS) smiling although he may seem very creepy. He LOVES his brother and they are never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER separated! Actually, no, he acts that way but on the inside he just wants to end his cruel life, no one will ever know that though.

If you are going to draw him, know this:
DO NOT DRAW HIM SEPARATED FROM HIS BROTHER!!! If you don't draw Fill AND Steev BOTH in the same piece, Josslyns and I will be VERY unhappy. :c Do not draw Steev with any facial expression other than abnormally happy... like, SO happy it's creepy...

Other:
He is really good at dark magic but rarely ever uses it... That's 'bout it...

Backstory:
He and his brother Fill are unwanted and abandoned because they used to have parents and live happily ever after with them, but they practiced magic constantly. Not like magic tricks, actual, real life magic. Fill has good magic and Steev has evil magic. (Fill is a nice guy so he doesn't care if his brother is like that.) They lost their parents when Fill accidentally killed his dad while trying to turn him into a chicken. Fill didn't care, Fill was still happy. Steev used to be happy, just like Fill, until he killed his mother with his magic. He got angry and accidentally used it on her while they were fighting, he tried killing himself but he is doomed to be immortal and be stuck with his brother for all eternity. He tried to run away from his brother but Fill always teleports him back, sadly for him, Fill is also immortal. Eventually, Steev gave up and now he is always smiling as his brother does but is in pain on the inside.

Personality:
Outgoing, he is never sad, mad, or depressed. He LOVES STEEV and never wants to leave him, he is his favorite thing in the entire world. He loves doing magic and he only uses it for Steev. He has no other emotions rather than joy, happiness and harmony.

If you are going to draw him, know this:
DO NOT DRAW HIM SEPARATED FROM HIS BROTHER!!! If you don't draw Fill AND Steev BOTH in the same piece, Vepiz and I will be VERY unhappy. :c Do not draw Fill with any other emotion than happy, he is genuinely happy, not so happy it's creepy, like Steev.

Other:
He loves balloons, his dream is to become exactly like Steev, Steev is amazing...
