well, it's just my part of the art trade withand.. one of the art pieces where i kinda wonder what i've been smoking OuoΒ
But yeah, this is the play on the idea 'what if the Sovereigns found a conjoined twin baby and decided to allow it to develop into a healthy individual'. Well.. healthy in their own thought, as this is a massive 'reprogramming' of DNA or so XD

she's actually two minds, just like sarlon, i guess? one more like sovereigns (from weaker conjoined twin) and one friendlier to non-sovereigns ( from stronger twin ) i kinda noticed you don't really have sovereigns that look less intimidating
