I was watching the Clone Wars episode "Rookies" and decided to take some screenshots. as I was croping them to just be the screen, I was thinking about the scene and thought, "I wonder what they're thinking?" and this was the result!

yeah, I'm trying to get a basic idea of what all stuff costs in star wars, but there's no specific info on it, so now I'm trying to find examples and make an eduucated guess.
although I'm having trouble even finding examples.xP
I DO know that one credit is worth more than one dollar, cause 10 million creds will get you a squadron of fighters where as here one F-16 costs more than that.xP

Hmmm.... I was just watching Phantom Menace and they mentioned that a human slave was around the neighborhood of 1-4K credits... if I heard right. Compare that with past and contemporary slave trade, then a 1 credit should be around 99-140$. At least, I think so. >.> xP

side note: I also just remembered that luke said,"15'000! we could by our own ship for that" and around here, that'd only get you a car.xP a small one no less. so you're probably right, one credit would be like $100.
Well, I kinda liked the idea of a kid Hafvian around more then I thought I would, so I was thinking about the idea of Hesoj having to go to a slave market during a mission, where he sees a little Hafvian girl for auction, and he gets in a bidding war with this other guy but finally wins with a little help from good ol' mando intimidation. but since I didn't know how much a credit was worth, I had no idea what a bidding war would be like. -head spins-

I was thinking of a close up of Hesoj holding the Pup, her arms around his neck, head resting on his chest, and Hesoj is kinda leaning his head over to the side to almost touch her's.
kinda like when the first meet and he takes her away from the awful place.
