Description
The third sketch was to draw hands holding something! I chose to hold a copy of "The Lord of the Rings" by J. R. R. Tolkien. At the time I had just finished up ROTK and it seemed like a good idea to draw it.

It is a top view looking down. (In case you're wondering why the book has no depth to it. )

If you look at it you can see the word "Gill" in the background. That's because the page under it was my Gill drawing a did for "art of my own choice" which was the next week's sketchbook.
