This is fun and interesting. Only thing that puzzles me is, what's the difference between "gender identity" and "gender expression" here? Always difficult to guess which way any one person is using terms like that without asking, and I don't think I've come across that distinction at all before.
I like the way you've plotted "sexual orientation" from "attracted to female" to "attracted to male", rather than from "attracted to same sex" to "attracted to opposite sex"; it just makes logical sense. Funny that "pansexual" and "asexual" end up in the same position on the graph... I suppose logically, "sexual orientation" would work out as a diamond shape (so "only males" is opposite to "only females" and "both" is opposite to "neither"), and this is about the best solution you can get as a single line.

To really begin to understand sexuality you have to see it in its polar complexity. This is a wonderful tool for self discovery. Even so called "heterosexuals" may find a few surprises when they look deep at their sexual nature.

Brilliant, has almost everything I would use to try quantify "Identity"
The only other thing I would add is that I differentiate between physical sexual attraction and mental sexual attraction. For example, assuming that your "Sexual Orientation" to refer to the physical (sex of the person), I would be entirely on the right to varying degrees.
However, were you to add a variable of "Mental Sexual Attraction" (What the person's Gender Identity / Expression is) I would be centered.
