Edit 1: Used bit red tone ink on some red parts of model and light highligt on weapon.
Edit 2: Painted some back cables in different color than red.

It's a good start, but there's stuff to improve.
First, I would paint the lines on the dacalus a different color.

Then I understood you VERY WRONG WAY. (BTW I meant back cables*, not lines.)
Also I'm trying to keep this models coherency to my Necron army. So I'm not using any other bright colors then red.
So no, I'm not gonna paint lines on the warscythe/ staff of ligth on a different color.

Then you will never improve. At some point, you will have to go further, add more details to your models. And they will clash with whatever you have painted before, of course.

The kustom is cood but you need to constast the red parts !

Id recommend using green on the optics and maybe the round bits on his back, and another colour as a glow effect in the lines etched into the blade and the orbs on his shoulders.

I don't use any green on my Necron. (Except on my Flayed ones skin parts)
And to keep this guys coherent I'm kinda lock my color options to ones that I use on my Necrons.
