Oh my, such a cute step by step! I am especially inspired by the shadow layer, I've been trying to pixelate it a color after color, but a solid blue shade could be much more easy to manage. Quick question, do you use prepared color pallete? Also, do you pixelate with tablet pen or mouse?

thank you (: sometimes I prepare palette, sometimes i pick colors as I draw, depends on mood (: and I am using mouse (in fact I am doing pixelart cos i dont have a tablet and pixelart can be decently done w mouse)
