Electric dragon named Sparkplug that belongs to Pepsi-Meth . I kept the wings simple just in case if you wanna design them so no design details. I decided not to put rain since one of my favorite weather is thunder and lightning with no rain. Just me personally. I have something exciting to morrow, that I'm working on!
