Description Garla, in romanian, means a river, or more correctly, the portion of a river that is close to a human settlement (a village, town or city).
Hdr from 1 RAW. Exposures:-3,-2,-1,+1,+3. Photomatix Pro then Photoshop.
In Photoshop: Duplicate background layer->Convert to smart object the new layer->Apply a High Pass filter, 4.7 radius, 70% opacity. Then Vibrance adjustment layer to enhance the colors.

Nice photo, but uh...don't you think that's a bit much with the processing? I'd say this is at the point where it's considered digtal darkroom

Well, all HDRs should be considered a bit over processed and to add more processing to it is a stretch, but i like to experiment. As to this being digital darkroom, i never spend much time categorizing my work and i didn't know there was a category named digital darkroom.
