I may do something more with this later, but I think it looks fine just like this at the moment. I inked it up sitting in front of the computer and RPing, which is kind of sad and I remember now why I seperate myself from everything when I draw now. It goes a lot faster and I draw a lot better. Hahahaha. But that's a given, isn't it?I just drew Wade, reading, on a comfy couch, in his glasses that he wears occasionally. I think I'm getting a little better with people sitting on things. Because before they always lookedl iek they're floating. At least this time, he looks like he's sinking. or something. Ha!
I kind of wanted to give it that serene look of spacing whilst reading a book, because even though I don't read as much as I should, I know that reading is a lot like drawing in a way. It takes you to a totally different world and for a moment you're just content right where you are. With a warm yellow light on you and the smell of the print and the open pages before you. Plus caffiene on the side is always a plus.
I'm REAL creative with my soda names? *rolls eyes*

I love the detailed perspective in this. It's so stretched and yet so comfy-feeling. Even though you have ALL of this delicately detailed bits to all the drawing, it's still so amalgamated. Fantastic work on that stretch of the leg and the tread on the shoe in particular. Great bold linestyle too.

Ahhhh god, I love your style. I have not a single clue who this is, but the way you've drawn the perspective and the detail on every little thing... god, it's so perfect. The grains on his chucks and the ice in the glass... my god. Definitely going in my favorites. Just artistically speaking, it's a fantastic piece of work -- even if I don't know who the darling man is.

This is awsome -- the angles are all correct, the proportioning is perfect, and that angle of his shoulders is just so comfy-looking. yeh
plus the expression is perfect.
i think one of the tricks to drawing people sitting on a couch or cushion is to give the impression that their buns are 'sinking' into the soft cushioniness. did i really just say that? what a great help i am!

The only thing missing is a window with a nice sunset-light entering. Wow, it just looks so peaceful. You managed to get a mood--without colour, which is IMO impossible--and it all works well. He looks seated alright!

I really like the feel of this- the pictures I feel are your most serene involve Wade ^_^;;. I think that if you wanted to spend more time on this one, I would color it. You have been saying you wish you could fix "I Remember," correct? This one has the same serenity and no color. Give it life! I would pay good money for a poster of this.

His right arm strikes me as mushy, for some reason, but otherwise your lines are very clean as usual and the feel is solid.
