Wow ok. So I started doodling, and you know how your doodle progressively gets bigger and then you like parts of it so you try and salvage it and make a picture out of it and then realize it looks nothing like what you've started with?That's what this is.
First Wade had a sword. And then I told myself, Tessa. Wade would stab himself in the foot before he got anywhere with a sword. So I changed it to flashlight. And I realized that was a lot more like him.
Then I thought of putting him in the vents doing what he does best. Hacking. Thieving. All though...apparently though that's what he does best, he's still has some trouble with it. I....the dialogue is sooo lame. To be honest I just wanted to carve speech bubbles outta the blackspace. So I frantically wanted to give him something to say.
And wow I'm talking a lot. Anyways enjoy. It was fun to make.

I know exactly how you feel about doodles that get out of hand but in the end still look alright. This one looks fabulous! I have always loved your B&W work, and I still do; very good job with the light source. ...The vent seems awful large, but the perspective and Wade's pose and expression are so well done! Luff it!

heheh, it's neat how you start out doing one thing and then your characters tell you to do otherwise. that is a sign of a well developed character.

Hey if I was a thief who'd just fucked something up I'd be saying "eenie meenie minie mo" so Wade is already way more sophisticated than I am when it comes to "oh shit, I've fucked up" dialogue.

The dialogue is actually wonderful. It's both realistic, and somewhat out of place. This has got a wonderful pose with a very fun light source in a very constricted background. All of this yields a really neat piece that shows a lot of work.

Very very nice! How do you make such nice high contrast images? I try and they're like a big black blob...I guess that's 'cause I get ink happy...
