#99 of Hanna Is Not a Boy's Name!That's right. NINETY FUCKING NINE. OH yeah. And now I'm going away for four-five days so no strips until Tuesday for sure. BUT I will be back with full steam and REFRESHED hands and eyes.
This may be the strip with the MOST amount of panels, and most of them is Lee's fuckin' profile. MAN. :T

I absolutely love how many layers of storyline, all interwoven together beautifully, you have going on here. I'm constantly surprised and pleased by all the turns of events, and the depth of your characters-- gahaha I guess I'm trying to say you are one amazing storyteller! AND ARTIST.Your drawings always convey a lot of emotion, too, especially in panels 3-6. I'm also likin' the high contrast in Ples' panels

Ohhh Ples! The introduction of new characters is one of my favorite parts of reading comics. It's like playing Pokemon and getting really excited when you see a new Pokemon to add to your Pokedex.

The only thing I can think of at this interval is that Ples is the personification of Death. Or something similar. Given that he was present just before Lee died, apparently, and that PIECE OF PAPER HANNA CAREFULLY STOWED AWAY IN HIS COAT BEFORE LEAVING. I'm so perplexed why he wouldn't tell "..." about this discovery. I mean, "i know a witness," right? RIGHT? Oh no, I've entered into the realm of obsession and baseless conjectures. ;_;
I love that the tick tock of the clock follows him around like that. So ominous, to be sure.

You know that one Nickleback video where after being saved from death he could see countdown clocks to everyones death? I think Ples can do that.

I don't listen to Nickelback but I have an idea as to what you're talking about. Hmm, it's possible. I think he might be able to control and/or manipulate time, though. The flyer says "i know a witness" which probably means he can bend time somehow, go back in time, and 'witness' certain events. I.E. Zombie and Lee's deaths, and possibly something regarding Hanna's backstory, for example. I'm not sure, but being "Death" in a fairly loose interpretation might work. Also notice in the Valentine's Day picture of Ples, it says, "Time means naught for us." So... he's possibly immortal? I don't know, just throwing ideas out there!
